Jackson Hole, Palisade Reservoir, Big Elk Creek

Last Friday Josh had a conference for CLS in Jackson, Wyoming. Stella went along and had a great time outside in the beautiful town while Josh was in his meeting. We played at a park, walked around a bunch of shops (where Stella literally said hi to everyone that we walked past on the streets), and saw lots of dogs. I think one in every five people had a dog. At least it seemed like it. Stella loved the dogs and would do this really cute nervous, excited laugh/squeal. There was even one dog that was probably more excited to see her. There was a really cute five month old lab in one of the stores. As soon as she saw Stella she got so excited her owners could hardly hold her down. She wanted to play with Stella sooo bad. She was a normal, calm puppy the rest of the time. Needless to say, Stella got her first doggie kiss on her face! Unfortunately I forgot the camera the whole time we were in Jackson, so we didn't get any pictures. This was just outside of Jackson. It was a beautiful day and everything was so beautiful. Stella was asleep during this time, so these ones are just of Josh and I. Isn't he a good looking guy?
The water was this really pretty greenish color. This is the Snake river, which is super curvy and wound through the whole valley.

We went camping after the conference. We found a perfect little campground near Pallisade Reservoir in the mountains south west of Jackson Hole in Idaho.Big Elk Creek was right by our campground, so we walked down to the water to play.

Stella really wanted to go in the water to play. Anytime she was close, she tried to wiggle her way in.
